Today, as GBW, we have offices and teams of CX experts around the world, covering the widest range of measurement programs in over 100 countries.

MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
P. Srikar Reddy
Srikar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited. A graduate from the Regional Engineering College (NIT, Trichy), and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Calcutta. Srikar has been with Sonata since 1986 and is pivotal in building Sonata as a trusted and reliable IT Solutions company. Srikar’s philosophy of driving business growth through a single-minded focus on customer and investment in people and technology, has made Sonata one of the fastest growing IT solutions company. Together with the Sonata-GBW management team, Srikar’s commitment to Customer Experience now looks to achieve the same ambitions for GBW.

P.V.S.N. Raju
PVSN Raju is the Chief Delivery Officer for Sonata. Formerly, he headed the Core Research Group at Sonata wherein he was responsible for new technology-based research activities. He also led one of the Consulting Services Delivery groups. Raju’s earlier assignments included software development, IT consulting, technical services, software-architecting, and project management. Raju was MSDN Regional Director for three years, and has been actively involved with evangelizing technologies in Software Developer Technology Forums. Raju holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai. He has also been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, USA.

Ranga Puranik
Ranga has held global leadership roles in sales, strategy, product management & general management and has led several initiatives that have contributed to strong growth and differentiation. His focus has been software product development, IT services and business development in Telecom, Healthcare and IT industry segments. His recent experience includes working on various cloud and application platforms and technologies including big data/analytics, social, mobile and Agile to build next generation enterprise software solutions. His prior engagements have been as president and head of global sales of Persistent Systems Inc., SVP North America and chief strategy officer at Sasken Communication Technologies, and General Manager (software) at Motorola and GE Medical Systems. He has done a stint as EIR at Norwest Venture Partners, and is on advisory board of startup companies. Ranga holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from Karnatak University, and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.

Adam Kaye
Adam heads up our Global Sales team, and coordinates our Marketing output. He represents our European business, and he takes the lead for a number of Global Accounts, managing business strategy and senior level relationships. His experience prior to joining GBW was within retail and marketing management, having worked with a number of major retailers and brands across Europe in a management and client servicing capacity.

Han Min Peng
Han leads GBW’s client services team globally with over a decade of experience in market research, account management, project management and business process improvement. His focus and passion is in developing methods and processes that ensures GBW continues to generate value to clients helping increase client’s engagement and satisfaction. Han earned his Master in Applied Finance and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University in Australia.

Xinwen Liang
Xinwen has held leadership roles in regional account development, Human Resource management and ISO quality management. Since joining the company in 2007, Xinwen gained a wealth of knowledge from her earlier assignments including Operations Management, Global Account Service Management, Organizational Restructuring, Business Process Reengineering and Regional Offshore Project management. Xinwen holds double master degrees in Human Resource Management and International Business from Monash University, Melbourne. She also has extensive education background in international hospitality management for 8 years.

Yuri Tjhandana
Yuri joins GBW with more than 10 years of experience in technology world. He upholds strongly the principle of continuous integration/improvement throughout his career, shaping a perfect technological direction within the company. As a passionate Agile supporter, he constantly focuses on productivity of the highest quality, satisfying the needs from various stakeholders. Yuri aims to empower GBW in providing business solutions through innovation and creativity in technology.
